FAQs

Are items packaged for gift-giving?

Yes. All of our jewelry items are beautifully packaged individually with care tips and ready for gifting unless the order has items that can be a set (necklace + bracelet, necklace + earrings, etc..) in a nice black Made in USA gift box and ribbon with the shop tag name on the top in a padded mailer.

Your order can be directly shipped as a gift, and you should feel confident your loved one will receive a beautiful product. We do not include an invoice with the product, a packing slip can be added upon request. We can include a short note card of up to 15 words (optional) upon request when checking out.

How do I know what size or length to choose?

For the best fit, please measure the perfect length of your favorite necklace or bracelet you already own, or use a piece of string cut to length when ordering. If you need help determining size, you can contact our team.

We use top-quality 925 sterling silver and Argentum silver or 14-karat gold-filled and 14-karat rose gold-filled metals from US and Italian markets for chains, clasps, and other metal components. Even our high-quality materials need proper care to maintain their flawless appearance and function.

Hand stamped Initial Items

Since this item is created by hand, sometimes it's not perfectly centered, aligned, or initially too deep which lends itself to the unique handmade look of each item. Please allow the initial to be shown on the reverse side of the disc, this is normal because pressure is used when stamping. These can't be considered a defect. No two items are the same!

What is your tips to care for your jewelry?

We take great pride in our creations and select the best quality material for your product. We only source material from reputable vendors to make or handcraft your beautiful treasure piece. Now it is your turn to care and keep your jewelry in pristine condition for many years. Please follow these helpful tips:

DO'S

  • Always apply perfume, lotion, hairspray, and other beauty products before putting on your jewelry.
  • Store after each wear in an air-tight bag with the anti-tarnishing black tab to prevent tarnish as it's normal on Sterling Silver and other precious metals.
  • If your jewelry gets build up from sweat or dirt, please clean gently in warm water with a soft brush and dry with a soft hand towel.
  • Air element and body chemical will make the jewelry tarnish quicker for some people. If your jewelry show signs of tarnishing then clean with a polishing cloth for items with smooth surface or use liquid jewelry for non-surface smooth such as Brush, Satin, or Diamond finished.
  • Test a portion of the jewelry before using and follow their cleaning instructions. Some chemicals are somewhat abrasive or corrosive and can cause damage or alter colors to your jewelry, NOT applicable for plated items.

DON'T

  • Don't let your jewelry come close to Chlorine or Salt water since they will take their toll on all fine jewelry.
  • Don't let your jewelry come close to household chemical.
  • Don't wear your jewelry to bed, sauna, or shower
